Going to the Birds?

One would hope that a presidential candidate, when giving a public speech, would know not to give his opponent the bird. Bad form. Whether or not Barack Obama is intentionally “saluting” Hillary Clinton- and I truly can’t tell - it’s the wildfire video of the day.
The reason I bring it up here is because I see this kind of thing in corporate speeches, too. Executives, speaking to friendly audiences, can get pretty disrespectful of their competition, or even (gasp) their customers - often in the name of fun. The immediate audience may “get it”. The outside world is more likely to take offense. Somewhere in the top ten commandments of public speaking is simply: Take the High Road.
Tell me what you think. Is it The Bird? Or is he just scratching his cheek?

Bird. But maybe his pointer finger has an ouuuuuwwweee. Let’s give him the benefit of the doubt. But, Bird.
Personally, it looks like he’s just scratching his face- but you never know I guess.
Yes he definately flipped her off-if you look at Barack just before his eyes are smiling. So much for the high road.
