Executive Training is No Luxury

The world of business is a scary place right now. Budgets are evaporating. There are layoffs across the board.  Having to let good people go cuts to the emotional core of the executives making the cost cutting decisions.  That makes it harder for them to rationalize a training budget; training becomes a non-essential line item.

That is, until the CEO pooches a critical keynote address in front of hundreds of potential customers, or the communications director stammers his way through an interview with a business journal.  Great communication with customers, shareholders and company employees is more important than it has ever been.  You need to make your case to your audiences - through excellent, inspiring communication.

That takes preparation and practice. It takes honing messages and polishing speaking skills. Learning can happen much faster with a videotape and an impartial coach.  All of these techniques can help to ensure that the right audience is hearing the right message at the right place and time.  Non-essential? No. Never more essential.
